About Redden Net Co.
John Redden Net Company Inc. was established in 1958 in Bellingham, Washington USA to manufacture and supply salmon gillnets to the Pacific Northwest, Alaska and British Columbia. The company pioneered the North American manufacture of salmon gillnets as prior to 1958 most gillnets on the Pacific Coast were made in Great Britain. In 1971 John Redden retired and the company became simply Redden Net Company. Management carried on under the direction of Jack Redden, Mac Matheson and Andrew Bunten, who remain the company's principals to this day.
Business grew as customers seeking fishing, sports, agriculture and specialised nets placed their confidence in Redden Net Company’s long experience and specialty net design expertise. The company has supplied nets to points around the globe, from the "Old Course" in St. Andrews, Scotland to the Royal Hong Kong Golf Course and many points in between. Recent accomplishments include Canada's largest driving (practice) range situated in the heart of downtown Toronto.
Industry leaders in the net business for 45 years, no netting job is too complex or too small for Redden Net Company.
